Millie Bobby Brown got married in an Oscar de la Renta wedding dress. The Stranger Things The actress shared her official wedding photos on Instagram today following her private ceremony with husband Jake Bongiovi: “Forever and ever your wife,” she captioned the carousel. Brown looked stunning in a white sheer lace corset dress and veil. Her brown hair was pinned up. During the after-party, she donned a satin mini dress. You can find all of her photos here.

For his part, Bongiovi complemented his wife with his own black and white ensemble. He wore a white suit jacket with a black bow tie and pants. (Brown appeared to take this bow tie and later wear it in the reception photos.)

Bongiovi shared his own photos, one of which shows a third white dress that Brown wore during her wedding reception. This was a sheer short sleeve model with a corset and full skirt. Bongiovi wore a classic black suit next to her. His caption mirrored hers: “Forever and ever, your husband.”

Brown and Bongiovi were first romantically linked in June 2021. They shared the news of their engagement in April 2023.

They initially had a private wedding ceremony in May, before rumors emerged in late September that they were in Italy to hold a larger second ceremony with friends and family.

Brown spoke with Shine last October about how Bongiovi changed her view of marriage. “My dream was to have a baby,” she said. “I wanted to be the woman my mother was to me and I wanted to be the woman my grandmother was to me. So it was never my intention to be a wife. But after meeting Jake and seeing, “Oh, I don't have to be that stereotypical wife for him.” He doesn't want me to be that either. He wants me to go and do my thing and live my life, and he'll hold my hand through it.' I thought, 'Oh, me Do want that.'”

She also addressed criticism that they married in their early 20s, explaining, “It's like, I know I should do this movie now. I know I should write this book now. I know I should do it The Now. It's not because I tilt do it in 10 years; Of course I can do it in 10 years. But why when I know it will work now? Just like Florence (her beauty line) will be there in 10 years. In 10 years you will be able to see my film on TV. And I know Jake and I will be okay.”
