The Cleveland Browns will have a new play-caller in Week 9 against the Baltimore Ravens as Kevin Stefanski hands the reins to offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey.

Speaking to the media on Wednesday, Stefanski shared his big decision with the media. In the press release, Stefanski stated that he relied heavily on Dorsey on game day, and that seemed to be the right decision as the Browns are 1-6 this season.

Dorsey, who played for the Buffalo Bills, has experienced significant ups and downs along the way. One thing is for sure: new quarterback Jameis Winston won't be afraid to hit the ball, and Dorsey loves making throws on the field.

At this point the season is over. Why not take this opportunity to evaluate Dorsey and the 53 players on the roster? If Stefanski's job was at risk, he wouldn't put his safety in someone else's hands.

We'll see if this sparks anything in Cleveland with a new quarterback and now a new play-caller.
