    Danny Amendola never got to celebrate his Super Bowl victories with a trip to Disney World, but last night he finally had his magical moment on “Dancing with the Stars.”

    The two-time Super Bowl champion and former New England Patriots wide receiver danced in the show's fifth round of competition on Tuesday night.

    For Tuesday's show, each star performed performances based on iconic Disney films.

    Along with his professional partner Witney Carson, Amendola danced a jazz inspired by a fight scene in Marvel's Deadpool & Wolverine film.

    Amendola said the night's theme reminded him of Disney's Super Bowl tradition in the NFL.

    “A Disney tradition I love is hearing someone from the Super Bowl winning team say, 'I'm going to Disneyland,'” Amendola said. “A few of my friends have to say it — Deion Branch, Julian Edelman — but I never said it because I played with Tom Brady.”

    Danny Amendola and his partner Witney Carson jazz danced to NSYNC's “Bye Bye Bye” from the movie “Deadpool & Wolverine” on “Dancing with the Stars” last night.

    “'Deadpool' is just full of action, full of fight scenes. It’s hilarious,” Amendola said. “One of my favorite films of all time.”

    Although Amendola never had his Disney moment at the Super Bowl, he embraced the Dancing with the Stars theme.

    “Tonight I’m going to Disney night,” Amendola said.

    Last night, the eight remaining stars also performed team dances. They were divided into two teams, each with four stars.

    Danny Amendola was on Team Roar along with Dwight Howard, Stephen Nedoroscik and Phaedra Parks.

    Team Roar danced to “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King” from “The Lion King.”

    The team scored 24/30, with all three judges – Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli – awarding eight out of ten. The team results were combined with the results of each individual star.

    He placed fourth on the night, tied with Jenn Tran.

    Who was eliminated from “DWTS” last night?

    On last night's episode of “Dancing with the Stars,” reality TV star Phaedra Parks was eliminated from the competition.

    Elimination was decided by a combination of the jury's points and viewer voting.

    There are seven teams left in the competition.
