It's the status quo at the top of the latest US LBM Coaches Survey as the top six have remained the same. This also includes the Texas Longhorns, who held on to 6th place.

The Longhorns struggled to get rid of the Vanderbilt Commodores in Nashville. Texas was able to record a 27:24 victory.

No. 1 Oregon defeated 20th-ranked Illinois 38-9 to stay at the top of the poll for another week. No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs had a bye and didn't budge. No. 3 Penn State defeated Wisconsin 28-13, while No. 4 Ohio State needed a late score to defeat Nebraska. No. 5 Miami compounded Florida State's woes with a relatively easy 36-14 win.

LSU's 38-23 loss to Texas A&M at Kyle Field dropped the Tigers nine spots in the rankings from 7th to 16th. Meanwhile, the Aggies moved up three sports to No. 11. Mizzou and Illinois both fell after losses.
