Steph Curry made NBA history in the Clippers-Warriors game

The Golden State Warriors host the Los Angeles Clippers at Chase Center on Sunday evening.

Steph Curry scored six points, one rebound, three assists and one block in his first seven minutes of play while shooting 2/2 from the field.

Curry also made NBA history by finishing ahead of Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen (6,135) and finishing 37th in all-time assists list.

After Pippen, the next player he needs to pass will be Boston Celtics star Jrue Holiday (6,210).

In the first two games of the new season, Curry averaged 18.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 2.0 steals per game while shooting 36.7% from the field and 35.0% from three -Point range shot.

The two-time MVP helped Golden State to a 2-0 record.

Most recently, they defeated the Utah Jazz by a score of 127-86.

Curry finished the win with 20 points, three rebounds, four assists and two steals while shooting 7/20 from the field and 4/13 from three-point range in 27 minutes of play.

After Los Angeles, the Warriors will play their next game on Tuesday night when they host Brandon Ingram and the New Orleans Pelicans.
