Former Ohio State football wide receiver Garrett Wilson joined the conversation for Catch of the Year at the end of the NFL season.

And it might have saved the New York Jets' season.

After a third-and-19, Wilson caught a 26-yard catch from Jets quarterback Aaron Rogers to give New York a 14-10 lead over the Houston Texans on “Thursday Night Football” at MetLife Stadium. Aside from Garrett's catch being extremely impressive, his extension to make the catch caused people on social media to make comparisons to the Jordan Brand logo.

“I thought, ‘This is good, this is good. And it has to count,'” Wilson said of his catch after the game. “I remember saying to everyone, ‘You gassed me too soon. This has to count guys, let's relax.' As soon as it counted, I was like, 'Yeah, all right, now you can tell me anything, whatever.'”
