For residents planning to stay up late to watch the results of the 2024 Massachusetts election, there is almost no doubt which presidential candidate will lead the Bay State.

The only real question about Tuesday's election in Massachusetts has five parts: Which of the five statewide ballot questions will be approved by the commonwealth's voters? Residents were asked to comment on the state auditor's powers (Question 1), MCAS graduation requirements (Question 2), unionization of rideshare drivers (Question 3), legalization of certain psychedelics (Question 4), and elimination of tipping Minimum wage (Question 5).
