Al B. Sure! is threatening legal action against the authors of the “fake” memoir about his late ex-wife Kim Porter after her other ex, Sean “Diddy” Combs, was arrested on sex trafficking charges.

“I am writing this post to officially request an investigation into an entire group of individuals who worked at or around Ms. Kimberly Porter's residence, including the publicists who assisted in the writing of this post,” he wrote on Instagram on Monday, casually adding excerpts of alleged diary entries by Porter from Jamal T. Millwood's newly released book, “Kim's Lost Words.”

The “Nite and Day” singer – born Albert Joseph Brown III – claimed that the people who worked closely with his ex-wife “were also instructed to steal her computer and mobile devices, which contained her 'original book notes.'”

“The original notes are different from the fabricated nonsense and offensive pages circulating on Amazon which explicitly depict sexual acts involving me that NEVER occurred and were edited and added after the tragic murder of Ms. Porter,” Al, 56, continued, referring to Chapter 5 of the best-selling book in which he claims he had sexual relations with Combs.

In a separate post, the “Off On Your Own Girl” singer claimed: “There will be a significant lawsuit going directly to those responsible for dragging my name into this nonsense.”

Al claimed that he and Porter – who died of pneumonia in 2018 at the age of 47 – were “speaking until a few days before her passing” and said she was “in good health” at the time.

Al also reiterated the suspicious claims surrounding the model's death, writing that she was “privy” to the heinous crimes her ex Combs allegedly committed.

“Unfortunately, Kimberlina was taken from us far too soon and before she could finish her true thoughts, this FAKE, unauthorized EDIT was published on AMAZON, with the disappearance of her computer and important evidence raising even more questions,” he wrote.

“It is obvious that her ability to expose the reality of her personal abuses, drug use, #sextrafficking and #humantrafficking in which she was privy, much like the courageous actions of Ms. Cassie Ventura, posed a threat to those who profit from such heinous activities,” Al added.

“In short, Kimberly was supposedly taken from us because she was out to accomplish what Mrs. Cassie Ventura accomplished by starting the Bon Fire that brings us here today with the avalanche that brought Satin into her chambers.”

The disgraced hip-hop mogul (54) and Porter were together on and off from the 90s until 2007. They later had their son Christian Combs (26) and twin daughters Jessie and D'Lila (17).

Last week, Sean was arrested and charged with three counts: conspiracy to commit organized crime, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

He pleaded not guilty and is currently being held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY.
