Saturday Night Live will continue with two more back-to-back new episodes following this weekend's John Mulaney show. Bill Burr will host on November 9th with musical guest Mk.gee and Charli XCX will take on the dual role of host and musical guest on November 16th.

This is the second time Burr has hosted the show, while Charli XCX makes her hosting debut after two previous appearances as musical guest. Burr is currently on tour with his “Bill Burr Live” show, while Charli XCX is fresh off “Brat Summer” and her successful arena tour with Troye Sivan.

The Burr show will be the first “SNL” show after the election, although many expect the election won't be called for several days, so it's possible the Nov. 9 episode will air without a winner is announced. Maya Rudolph has played Kamala Harris on the series since season 50 and will continue to do so throughout the season alongside Andy Samberg as Doug Emhoff, Jim Gaffigan as Tim Walz and Dana Carvey as Joe Biden.

“SNL” is in the midst of an impressive run in its anniversary season, with the premiere episode achieving its highest viewership since 2020 and a social media strategy achieving its widest reach ever, including among Generation Z.

Mulaney returns as host of “SNL” this Saturday with musical guest Chappell Roan.

“SNL” is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a weekend of celebration, culminating in a live primetime special on Sunday, February 16.
