It's starting to look like winter at Starbucks – and that doesn't just apply to the Christmas-themed cups.

After discontinuing its non-dairy milk markup and eliminating its oleato olive oil-infused drinks, the chain has just launched its holiday menu, available starting November 7th. A number of drinks are returning from years past – like the peppermint mocha – but a brand new cold foam is joining them, as are new and returning holiday treats.

For the first time, Starbucks is expanding its holiday offering to include Refreshers – a trio of cranberry-orange flavored drinks.

Cran Merry Orange Refresher

This new refresher has flavors of orange, cranberry and spices (including notes of cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg) and is shaken with ice, water and cranberries.

Cran-Merry Orange Lemonade Freshener

The new Cran-Merry Orange Lemonade Refresher combines the Cran-Merry Orange Refresher with ice cream, lemonade and cranberries.

The new Cran-Merry Drink – a festive twist on the Pink Drink – combines the Cran-Merry Refresher with coconut milk and cranberries and is poured over ice.

Peppermint Mocha

This drink has been on the Starbucks holiday menu for more than two decades now. It is available hot, with ice or as a Frappuccino. It mixes espresso with steamed milk, mocha sauce and peppermint-flavored syrup and is topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate chips.

Caramel Brulée Latte

This returning drink – hot, iced and available as a Frappuccino – combines espresso with steamed milk, caramel brûlée sauce, a drizzle of whipped cream and caramel brûlée topping.

Chestnut praline latte

This drink returns with espresso, steamed milk and flavors of caramelized chestnuts and spices. It's topped with whipped cream and spiced praline crumbs and is available hot, iced and as a Frappuccino.

Iced Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte

This returning drink—available hot, iced, or as a Frappuccino—features cookie-flavored sugar syrup mixed with blonde espresso, ice, and almond milk, and is garnished with red and green sprinkles.

Iced Gingerbread Oat Milk Chai

This year again, this drink combines chai spices, oat milk and ice and is topped off with dairy-free gingerbread-flavored cold foam and a spice topping.

This holiday season, customers can enjoy a variety of new and returning flavors of cold foams, which are made dairy-free and can be customized at an additional cost to add a festive touch to any drink.

  • Gingerbread cream cold foam (new) mixes gingerbread flavors with sweet vanilla cream.
  • Peppermint chocolate cream cold foam mixes peppermint syrup and chocolate malt powder with sweet vanilla cream.
  • Sugar Cookie Cream Cold Foam mixes sugar syrup with biscuit flavor and sweet vanilla cream.
  • Chestnut praline cream cold foam mixes caramelized chestnuts and spices with sweet vanilla cream.
  • Caramel brulée creme cold foam combines caramel brûlée sauce with sweet vanilla cream. It is not available in dairy-free form.

  • Turkey sage Danish: This new savory pastry is filled with turkey sausage and béchamel sauce.
  • Dark Toffee Bundt: This new personal-sized bundt cake features toffee flavor notes.
  • Penguin cookie: This new sweet shortbread cookie features a penguin design (a penguin friend with earmuffs – how could you resist?).
  • Snowman Cake Pop: This new dish features vanilla cake mixed with buttercream and dipped in white chocolate frosting.
  • Sugar plum cheese Danish: This recurring pastry consists of a cream cheese filling and a spiced sugar-plum spread.
  • Cranberry Bliss Bar: This returning treat features blondie cake with dried cranberries and a layer of cream cheese frosting, plus a sprinkle of dried cranberries with orange zest.
