FOX Announces Big Noon Kickoff Destination for Week 4

1 minute, 42 seconds Read

FOX will stay in Big Ten country next Saturday morning for its pregame coverage of the Big Noon Kickoff game.

After the network aired its Week 3 show for the Alabama-Wisconsin matchup in Madison, the setting will shift to Columbus, Ohio, in Week 4, where the show will move a little further east for the game between No. 3 Ohio State and unranked Marshall.

The announcement was made Saturday as the 2-0 Buckeyes were off Week 3 after back-to-back wins over Akron and Western Michigan to start the season. It is Big Noon's first trip to Columbus this season.

Meanwhile, the Thundering Herd also had a bye in Week 3 after splitting their first two games of the 2024 season. Marshall defeated Stony Brook 45-3 in Week 1 before suffering a 31-14 loss at Virginia Tech in Week 2.

The Ohio State vs. Marshall game will kick off at 12:00 p.m. at Ohio Stadium.

With that in mind, Marshall will be enjoying a rare game in the national spotlight. The Thundering Herd are at home in the Sun Belt Conference, and Sun Belt teams don't usually get the “Big Noon Kickoff” treatment. But a trip to mighty Ohio State has given the Thundering Herd just that.

Marshall will be a clear underdog against the third-ranked team in the country and will look to be an uninvited guest in the weekly FOX Spotlight Game.
