Garrett Wilson had everyone experiencing flashbacks on Thursday night.

Contribute to deja vu? Wilson's 26-yard score came on the same MetLife Stadium turf – in the exact same end zone.

Of course there would be comparisons between the two and some would quickly pick a winner.

“This is the catch of the year,” cornerback DJ Reed told SNY. “There's not even a catch that can come – that's better than the Odell catch! Really. I've never seen anything like this live, bro. On Thursday Night Football, prime time. Garrett is that guy.”

“It would give the Odell catch a run for its money,” Jets interim coach Jeff Ulbrich said. “It was incredible.”

Sauce Gardner had to watch the tape further before making his judgement.

“You can compete with Odell,” said the star cornerback. “I'm not just saying it's better than Odell's, but it's up there. I really need to analyze Odell's again. But that was a great catch, man.”

Wilson was just happy to be mentioned in the same breath as the 31-year-old wideout, who now plays for the Miami Dolphins.

“Man, it was different at Odell’s,” Wilson said, grinning. “He slipped half a meter down. The ball could have landed outside the field of play. And it was Odell, man. It was Odell against the Cowboys. That was it. For it to even come up in this conversation. I am blessed. I am honored.”

This is how the catches stack up, both of which were called by Al Michaels:
