Patriots backup quarterback Jacoby Brissett came off the bench in the second quarter when starter Drake Maye suffered a concussion and led the Patriots to victory.

Brissett provided the game-winning drive, including a 34-yard pass that put New England inside the 10-yard line.

Jets kicker Greg Zuerlein had another brutal game and could be replaced before the Jets' game on Thursday night.

He missed a 44-yard field goal in the fourth quarter and an extra point in the first quarter.
