It's unlikely that two LSU receivers will start against Ole Miss on Saturday night

Despite coming off a bye week, LSU is dealing with some injuries ahead of its critical Week 7 game against Ole Miss.

The receiver position in particular appears to be vulnerable, and the Tigers got some bad news on Friday night as both receivers CJ Daniels and Chris Hilton Jr. were downgraded to questionable.

Both have been practicing leading up to the game and Hilton was set to make his season debut after suffering an ankle injury during training camp. The receiver depth was already under pressure when it was announced earlier this week that Kyle Parker would miss the rest of the season with a torn triceps tendon.

Ole Miss star receiver Tre Harris, who was listed as questionable during the week, was upgraded to probable.

If Hilton and Parker can't leave, the Tigers could hope for more production from Zavion Thomas at receiver as well as redshirt freshman Shelton Sampson Jr.
