Josh Rosen caught some brutal shade with an SNF graphic about the 2018 quarterbacks

The 2024 NFL season was a defining moment for most of the quarterbacks selected in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Lamar Jackson is the reigning MVP. Josh Allen could be on his way to the first MVP of his career. Sam Darnold leads a surprisingly dominant Minnesota Vikings team. And Baker Mayfield leads a solid Tampa Bay Buccaneers team.

The only person missing from this equation is former Arizona Cardinals signalman Josh Rosen, who fled the league and never quite lived up to his potential. Hey, it's happening. The NFL is a tough place to be successful. Not everyone is destined to shine at the highest level of football.

And that's okay.

The only problem here is that the Football on Sunday evenings The show saw fit to highlight Rosen's current lack of NFL activity while also praising his 2018 colleagues as they discussed their Allen-Jackson matchup. It wasn't actually forbidden, but if he was watching, I'm sure Rosen didn't appreciate the unnecessary insult of reality:

Let this be a lesson to every NFL player. NFL broadcasters will sometimes inform you of the end of your career in surprising ways.
