Wednesday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers will be special for Los Angeles Lakers rookie Bronny James.

The Northeast Ohio native told reporters his main focus will be on the Lakers getting a win, but he will also “enjoy the whole atmosphere when I'm home.”

James expects he will go to court at some point. The opportunity to have him and his father, LeBron, on the court at the same time in Cleveland might be too good to pass up.

However, the 20-year-old's return home shouldn't be long in coming.

James hasn't played since opening night, when he logged 2:41 on the field in a 110-103 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Cavaliers are not an opponent that Los Angeles can take lightly. Cleveland has won its first four games and most recently beat the New York Knicks 110-104.

James would also have his hands full against the Cavs' backcourt tandem of Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland. The two have combined to average 43 points per contest so far, each shooting 50 percent or better from the field.

Even if he plays a minor role for the Lakers, NBA fans will still be looking forward to his first game in Cleveland, for the same reason his professional debut was so highly anticipated.

It will be the right moment for LeBron to play alongside his son against one of his old teams, especially the one with which he is probably closest from an old perspective.
