LSU Basketball Preseason Charity Expo: Get tips, TV info and more

LSU basketball is almost back. The Tigers close out the offseason on Tuesday by hosting NAIA foe Loyola-New Orleans in their preseason charity exhibition.

LSU enters the 2023-24 season with an up-and-down season. The Tigers won seven more SEC games, improved to .500 in the conference, posted some winning records and qualified for the NIT for Matt McMahon's first postseason appearance with the program. However, they still failed to win a game in the SEC Tournament and lost their only NIT game to North Texas.

However, the Wolf Pack already began its regular season — the NAIA basketball season begins earlier than the NCAA — with an 89-71 win over Southern University-New Orleans last Thursday.

“The Tigers and Wolf Pack” will not be seen on traditional television, but will instead stream on both ESPN+ and SEC Network+. The game will also be available on radio via the LSU Sports Network.

Start time for LSU Basketball vs. Loyola-New Orleans

The Tiger and Wolf Pack will kick off on Tuesday at 7 p.m. from the Pete Maravich Assembly Center in Baton Rouge.
