Matthew Perry's family speaks about 'Friends' star on first anniversary of death

Madelineone of Matthew's sisters, pointed out that Matthew may not even have known he had relapsed. He went through a period of sobriety during and after his book tour and took ketamine for therapeutic purposes. Perry then began obtaining ketamine on the black market and took large amounts of it himself.

The family talked about how Matthew was headstrong and had a will of his own, and that he was essentially a lonely person with problems.

As we reported in detail, there were 5 people – including 2 doctors charged with Perry's death. Three have pleaded guilty. One of the doctors and the “Ketamine Queen” have pleaded not guilty.
