The Cleveland Browns haven't had much to celebrate in the 2024 NFL season as losses have mounted, but the team was able to pull ahead with a rare and unlikely win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 8.

Due to their good performance on both ends of the field, the Ravens were considered almost impossible to beat the Browns, but the latter surprised them with a revamped offense led by Jameis Winston.

Winston took over the starting lineup and was great in the middle, finding ways to move the football through the air against a struggling Baltimore secondary.

Aside from Winston and the passing game, Cleveland got a better performance from Nick Chubb, who showed more pace and speed in his second game.

Chubb finished the afternoon with 52 rushing yards, making history in the process via the team's official X account.

With this first trip, @NickChubb continued his climb up our all-time rushing board. 3. Brown’s all-time rushing yards.”

Chubb passed Mike Pruitt on the franchise's all-time rushing list.

Chubb was instrumental in the team's first drive, as he was able to gain positive yards and set up a field goal attempt.

The star running back may not be fully back yet as he continues to adjust to the football field, but seeing him make an impact so soon is incredibly encouraging for the rest of this season and possibly beyond.

While the postseason could be difficult for Cleveland with a 2-6 record, it will be nice to see Chubb back in action as he has been sorely missed.
