Mikel Arteta has named an unchanged squad for tonight's Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain, but Mikel Merino is fit enough for a place on the bench.

The coach continues to rely on the same starting XI that played against Leicester City on Saturday and recorded a 4-2 win, extending our unbeaten run to 14 games, meaning Riccardo Calafiori is fine if he suffered a setback in this game.

There is a further boost as Merino is called up to our matchday squad for the first time after recovering from a shoulder injury. The Spaniard could make his debut coming off the bench.

PSG have now made four changes to their squad. The headline was that Ousmane Dembele was left home for disciplinary reasons and his place in the line-up will be taken by Desire Doue, a £45million summer recruit.

Gianluigi Donnarumma returns in goal after missing the last four games with a muscle injury, while Nuno Mendes returns at left-back after recovering from a viral illness.

Vitinha is also fit again and replaces Fabian Ruiz in central midfield, while Marco Ascensio is strong enough for a place on the bench.
