Ashnikko

Ashnikko songs are like portals. They convey a glimpse into a bizarre and wondrous parallel universe full of dramatic emotions, blurred gender roles and unbridled desires for revenge. You can find one both in the demonic, snotty brat rap of early singles like “Halloweenie” and “STUPID (ft. Yung Baby Tate)” as well as in the spooky alternative pop of the viral hits “Daisy” and “Slumber Party (ft. Princess Nokia)”. Constantly evolving sound supported by tongue-in-cheek humor and a subversive personality that definitely couldn't belong to anyone else. While DEMIDEVIL features a blatant approach that directly deals with themes of sexual revolution and revenge, their debut album WEEDKILLER is more allegorical, with a greater focus on liberation and overcoming darkness on the path to enlightenment.
