GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) – The warm-up will last until midweek before a cooler weekend approaches.

While a scattered light shower is possible Wednesday morning, mostly in the northern Upstate, the rest of the day looks dry with partly cloudy skies. We will warm up steadily through Thursday and Friday.

Halloween is actually expected to be one of the warmest days of the week, with high temperatures in the mid to upper 70s in most locations. This means parents don't have to worry about adding extra layers to the costume to keep children warm. Temperatures on Halloween evening should be in the low 70s to upper 60s.
