Over the past six months, a 78-year-old Trump has emerged significant cognitive declineby delivering rambling, incoherent diatribes instead of boring speeches. He appeared tired, unclear his words, confused topicsand got so far off topic that his campaign had to invent a term to express the verbal diarrhea: the tissue. While attack Harris, who is more than 10 years younger than him, is confident in her mental fitness rejected to share their own medical records.

While Trump's victory will throw many aspects of American life into utter chaos, it will also mean the same for his numerous ongoing legal battles, which will likely come to an end, at least for now.

Trump, who was found guilty of 34 crimes in his hush-money trial earlier this year, was scheduled to be sentenced on November 26. His lawyers had asked to overturn their client's conviction in light of the Supreme Court's July ruling on presidential immunity for “official acts” and wanted the charges against Trump to be dropped or some evidence omitted in a new trial. Presiding Judge Juan Mercan is expected to rule on this request on November 12th. He may choose to enforce his sentence, which will likely be appealed.
