Perkins left in the fourth quarter of the 34-17 victory over University of California on Saturday. He went down in a tackle and stayed on the field for a while to be treated by medical personnel. He then limped off, went to the locker room and did not report back.

Brian Kelly had said that Perkins would be tested today and tomorrow and that testing would begin next week. However, these reports show that this news is already out.
