Philadelphia District Attorney, Democrat Larry Krasneris suing Musk and America PAC over a plan to give away $1 million ($1.5 million) a day to registered voters in key swing states.

He blames America PAC – which Musk set up as part of his efforts to help Donald Trump elected – for violating Pennsylvania’s lottery and consumer protection laws.

All parties were invited to attend, but Musk was not there.

John Summersrepresents the District Attorney's OfficeHe made a show of looking around the courtroom for the billionaire.

Musk's lawyer said he is a busy man and should not be expected to appear without much notice.

Summers asked the court if he heard correctly – the richest man in the universe couldn't “just materialize”? Isn't that the guy who owns SpaceX?

Judge Angelo Foglietta thought that was a bridge too far: “He’s not going to get on a rocket ship and take it to Philadelphia – let’s be serious.”

“If anyone could land a rocket in Philadelphia, it’s Elon Musk,” Summers responded.

Rocket ship or not, Musk's lawyers had already tried to move the case to federal court.

Judge Foglietta agreed that he could not hear anything further until the other court considered the matter.

The raffles continue. America PAC tweeted a photo of the latest winner, a woman in North Carolina, an hour before the trial began.

Donald Trump A rally had previously taken place in the traditionally blue state of New Mexico.

About 49 percent of the population is Hispanic, according to census data.

“I'm here for one simple reason: I like you a lot and it's good for my reputation in the Hispanic or Latino community,” he told the audience.

“You know, on the East Coast they like to call them Hispanics. Do you know that? On the West Coast they like to be called Latinos.”

The former president then asks the crowd to cheer for their preferred term.

“Latinos,” he said, eliciting a small reaction. “Uh-oh, let me try again. Latinos!”

“Hispanics,” he called out, receiving a louder response.

Trump also said he had “a little argument” on the plane ride to New Mexico before his rally.

“They said, 'Sir, please use the term Latino when you're in New Mexico.' And I said, 'I've always heard Hispanic.'

“I do a survey and it’s 97 percent. I was right, a free survey.”

“Like I said, I love the Hispanics, I love them.”

Kamala Harris says Donald Trump's The comment that he would protect women whether they “want it or not” shows that he does not understand women's right to “make decisions about their own lives, including their own bodies.”

“I think it’s offensive to everyone, by the way,” she said before heading off to campaign in battleground states across the West Arizona And Nevada.

With him Rally in Green Bay, Wisconsin Yesterday, Trump told supporters that advisers had warned him against using the language about protecting women because it was “inappropriate.”

He said he told his aides, “Well, I'm going to do it whether the women like it or not.” I will protect her.”

Harris said the remark was part of a series of troubling statements from the former president.

“This is just the latest in a long series of revelations from the former president about how he thinks about women and their agency,” she said.

Trump appointed three of the Supreme Court justices who formed the conservative majority that struck down federal abortion rights.

As the fallout from the 2022 decision unfolds, he claims at public events and in social media posts that he will “protect women” and ensure that they do not “think about abortion.”
