During August and September, developers in south-central Pennsylvania proposed plans to build storage facilities, grocery stores, apartments and houses.

The following list includes 24 projects in 15 communities in three counties.

Note: Not all proposed plans will come to fruition and some projects may take years to begin construction.

Biglerville

Canner storage

Ridge Rentals plans to build three self-storage buildings at 170 Hanover St.

Conewago Township

RCM investments

The plan is to remove part of an existing parking area to build an additional office building at 100 Filbert St.

Chesterfield Phases 3 and 4

Good Hope Ventures will build 35 homes at 2283 Ostberliner Straße.

Straban Parish

Amblebrook Section D revised

CCD Rock Creek plans to build 259 homes on Hunterstown Road.

Straban 30 Developers plans to build a supermarket and gas station at Gateway Gettysburg.

Hampden Township

The residences on Trindle

61 units – 37 terraced houses and 24 apartments – are planned for the multi-family and terraced house complex. The developer is Hampden Townhomes.

Townhomes in Salem Meadows

The planned community development includes 40 terraced houses. The developer is based in Silver Spring Township and is based out of Salem Meadows LLC.

Plans call for construction of two duck houses on Pipeline Road totaling 84,448 square feet.

Plans call for 368 covered RV parking spaces and a 900 square meter office building on Claremont Road. The developer is Claremont Road LLC, based in York County.

Penn Township

A&S Self Storage LLC

The applicant proposes to construct 25,200 square foot self-storage mini-warehouses at 758 Centerville Road.

The plan is to build a new poultry farm that will include two barns with a total area of ​​5,112 square meters, manure storage rooms and an egg room.

Silver Spring Township

Spring Meadow Reserve Phase 3
