FORECAST DISCUSSION:

Weather-wise, Saturday will be a great day for central Ohio. Skies will be partly cloudy for most of the day. High temperatures will be above average in the upper 70s. These above average temperatures will come to an end as a system will move across the region over the next few days.

Tonight skies will vary between partly and mostly cloudy. Warmer air also remains. Low temperatures will only drop to around 60 degrees in the city and around 50 degrees in the outlying areas. Wind speeds are expected to increase slightly in the early hours of the morning, but it won't be too windy.

On Sunday the temperatures will cool down a bit. Occasionally there may be spotty sprinkles. North of Columbus you can see the majority of the rain that will fall. All of this is happening alongside a cold front that will move through Sunday night.

The new work week brings with it a breath of very cool air. Highs will be in the mid to upper 50s with overnight lows moving closer to freezing. Windy conditions are expected Monday, but those winds will eventually die down. Sunny skies return in the second half of the week.
