Remember last year during the World Series when Arizona Diamondbacks second baseman Ketel Marte stole a base from Nate Eovaldi in the top of the third inning in Game 1 and how that earned everyone a free taco from Taco Bell? It was a great moment in American history. A promotion in a baseball game where everyone gets a free taco. Who doesn't love that? Even if you weren't watching baseball, this was a cause you could support and enjoy.

But the promotion no longer exists. In the series between the Yankees and Dodgers, bases are stolen but free tacos are not given away.

And the fans are not happy.

You could even say they have a problem with Major League Baseball and Taco Bell.

The reason the promotion is no longer taking place is due to the dissolution of the popular fast food joint and the MLB.

The Sports Business Journal explained back in April:

Do it right, Taco Bell and MLB.
